Facebook London L4 vs Amazon Dublin SDE 2
I got two offers from the companies. FB gives 74000 base salary 150000$ RSU and %10 target bonus. Amazon gives 90000 base salary 45 RSU 25000€ fırst year sign bonus and 20000 € second year bonus. Which one should i pick? Any comments?

It took around 3 weeks, ıf you got accepted the process is taking long.
3 weeks to get final offer or Just initial acknowledgement.
Note than Amazon doesn’t have target bonuses. Once your sign on bonuses are over after 2 years, there are no other bonuses. FB always gives out target bonus, and once you are promoted to L5, your target will be 15%. Make FB match Amazon base and go to FB

And after how many days did they tell you that you have cleared the interviews
In my case I received positive feedback in 2 days after interview and 1 week for offer

Just wondering, do they offer any pension contributions? Don't seem to see many people bothering about that here on Blind.
Yes they offer pension but I did not really care about it right now
