Facebook New Grad negotiation
I am on the verge of getting Software Engineer New grad offer from Facebook. I joined another company 3 months back, and if I need to leave now, I need to payback the bonus 30k. My current base salary is 130k and I don't think Fb matches this. Considering all of this, how much base, sign on bonus and Rsu's can I negotiate from Facebook? TC:170k
