I'm currently interviewing with Facebook and have finished the loop interviews. I got an email stating they want to do yet another interview since there was only one technical person on my loop. Is this normal?

Probably means there was mixed signal from your loop and they want to asses some particular aspect of it.
Thanks for the reply! I figured it was something like that. Although on the technical phone interview the person was happy with my technical abilities (insider said so). Just wanted to see if this was a sign of a no go on the hire.
It means it can go either way based on follow up interview.
