Recently applied to FB's RPM role. Relatively recent grad with most recent role giving PM experience at Chase, which sparked my interest in this path (rest of exp. in digital advertising). I want to eventually transition to the tech industry, and when I found this program it seemed an appropriate move. If I happen to get an interview, any tips to stand out? Also not sure if it's too late, but if anyone would be kind enough to consider a referral I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Most prestigious filesystem?
The interview is pretty standard stuff: execution and product sense. The best way to stand out is 1) Be prepared (know FB strategy, be familiar with the products, think about the important metrics, etc.) 2) Think about how you can uniquely add diversity to the class (RPMs typically have pretty diverse backgrounds - more so than other APM programs) 3) Have fun with the interview (most people I know have enjoyed the interview process, it should be more like a conversation between 2 bright people)
Thanks for this info. I've been running through all my notes from my independent study into PM and this insight helps, leading into an interview on Product Sense & Execution.
