Gotcha - never knew that and the $$$ aspect makes sense. Didn’t think about it that way.
Not trying to sound mean, but why would you ask a community of strangers to refer you? Of course I hope you get a SDET position there, but to ask people who do not know you from your username I think is pretty insane.
