Is base 68k gbp + 62k$ (over 4 years) good or bad? E4 Partner Eng - London Followup: does switching to a SWE (internally) change these numbers?

You get definite better TC at Uber in Amsterdam at the same level (L4). Higher base & stock alike. Not sure what partner engineer is though - is it not SWE?
If you already started, it’s bad because you lost 20% of RSU 😅.
