On my interview I had a bunch of behavioral questions.. some like : Tell me about a project when ... what’s your leadership style? How you handle stress ? Tell me about your most successful project and why was it successful?
Review sites that have this kind of questions and be prepare for everything! I read a book regarding these questions and how to handle them
I can't find this book. I found the one with Coding questions and it has a few pages of guidance on behavioral stuff. But cant find the book with only behavioral questions.
For any company behavioral questions, just mapped them to Amazon Leadership Principals. As long as you have an example for each of Amazons leadership principals you can pretty much map every behavioral question a company ask to one of them.
I don't know much about FB process, but sure as hell don't lie. Be relaxed, be happy and make sure to always include the bright side. And lessons learned.
For Facebook is it bad to not get to the mini coding question during the behavioral section? Does it usually mean that the interviewer is having trouble getting signal?
There is no hard rule but the person doing the behavioral is typically the most experience one that will drive the conversation afterwards. It’s really helpful to nail that coding since they typically have the most pull out of all your interviewers.
