Facebook e4 vs google l4 comp
Currently at cisco(left google 14 months ago) Facebook recruiter gave final numbers like following: 155 base, 40 sign on, 300k rsu. Yet to hear back numbers from google What comp number should I expect? Is this considered a good offer? What kind of offer should I expect from google? Yoe: 4.
U can increase base to 160 and signing to 100 with strong competing offers. Ask google for 155 base, $450k RSUs, 50 signing. Btw why did u hit Cisco? ๐
