Exactly. It's been 2 weeks. I usually ping recruiters in a week's time. And you pinging them wouldn't change their hire/ nohire decision anyways.
don’t be a wimp and follow up.
If a decision had been made one reason or the other they would’ve let you know. You could follow up but they’ll get back to you.

I’m in a similar situation is email just like a terrible way to reach FB recruiting? I do have the recruiters mobile number but that seems invasive? I just want to know if I should move on since feedback seemed positive last time they emailed me but they haven’t replied after I pinged them via email a week ago.
