Facebook hiring - do they review your FB profile or activity?
Got pinged by a FB recruiter, just curious to know if it’s in their standard practice to review your FB profile and activity during the process.

Not beyond whatever is publicly available. So don't worry about them checking the profile from internal.

I would imagine that it would be violation of privacy, so they may not be able to do so legally.
