Facebook offer
Read some posts on blind that facebook gave higher offer that is valid only for 2 days to accept. After 2 days its a little low. Is this common for all candidates? can you negotiate up to the higher offer after 2 days? TC: 260K
Is it E5 or E6, how were the interviews. What’s yoe? I will recommend to keep the conversation for negotiation going and also explain if possible that you are waiting for a few more offers and buy some time
Then just accept with joining date more into the future but keep interviewing in the meantime. If someone would beat it, then you can just decline fb offer you have already accepted. Fb would do the same to you without any hesitation.
Facebook will not reject you after you have formally accepted the offer. Don’t listen to this guy. It’s not nice to back out after you have officially signed for the company.
Huh? What is declining an offer after accepting it? If you do that good luck interviewing with them again.
this is not a thing - this is why blind sucks. stop trusting everything you read.

205/600/80 After 2 days its lower stocks and bonus
80 is the joining bonus ? How about bonus ? Also TC comes to 355 seems a little low , not sure
