Facebook offer comp

I've seen this a few times here: "E3: $107k-$125k salary, $40k stocks a year, 10% bonus E4: $140k-160k salary, $70k stocks a year, 10% bonus E5: $170k-$195k salary, $120k stocks a year, 15% bonus E6: $200k-$220k salary, $200k stocks a year, 20% bonus" Are these numbers real? Are they from offers or does it include refreshers?

Very rarely seen an external industry hire at that level. Either they’re down-leveled or passed on. So, can’t guarantee those numbers but all others are true!

E3 - E5 numbers are accurate, not sure about E6 though. These stock numbers are either from offer for the first 4 years or the refresher after. You don’t get both at the same time.

~2 years each to E4 and E5. E5 is terminal, but expect to still show improvement every cycle even if terminal E5
