I interviewed last month at FB and was declined after onsite. I received email from another recruiter (different position) today. What’s the policy of interviewing again? It’s recruiter’s responsibility to check or I need to proactively inform the recruiter before starting another thread?
You’re fine to interview again. If they reached out they approve of you, there was just a better candidate for the last role.
Everything is consolidated in one portal. They know you interviewed already.
Pssst, they all read the same thread internally.
Thanks!
Exactly my story.. recruiter said it was super close decision. Do they say that to everyone. Can I apply for a different team before an year.
How long did it take to hear back?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Not your responsibility, don’t shoot yourself in the foot.
Got it. Thanks!
