I had onsite interview with Facebook last Friday. The recruiter reached out to me asking if I had time for a quick call to go over some feedback he received so far and what the next steps are? How should I interpret this message?
Just take the call, we’re not your therapists, damn.
Ok!
He mentioned about feedback he has received so far. It means he is waiting for more feedback or hiring committee review or something like that. I guess I have to be patient.
It might mean that the hiring team needs clarification of a certain area. Like they’re on the fence about your experience in xyz and want a follow up call. Or could be the recruiter seeing all feedback is positive and wants to go over comp expectations etc. I’d see it as positive overall.
Good sign. If it was only negative feedback so far he wouldn't be calling you for an update imo.
Spoke to the recruiter. He mentioned that my debrief is scheduled for next Monday and asked me if I have any offers or interview scheduled. He mentioned that everything was looking positive so far but only after the debrief he can give a decision.
Hey did you got the offer ?

Ohh sorry , i gave my this monday every thing went well total 4 coding q in 2 rounds went well but havent got any feedback till now
It takes 1 week for them to get back. You should hear back next week
It means he wants to chat with you
Thank you! Is this a positive signal or will there be follow up rounds? Any insights would be helpful.
There's really nothing you can infer. Recruiters call for good news and bad news.
