Facebook phone interview- follow up question
I got rejected in my first phone interview at Facebook, recruiter didn’t share any details except that I can’t reapply before one year for the same role. So my question is that did I screw up my interview this bad that I am blocked for 1 year? Any suggestions or tips ? Thank you in advance!!!

What question did they ask? Can you apply to some other role?
Hi I was in your position a year ago - you can’t apply for the same role/same team for a year, but can do so for a different role/different team. I failed my first onsite , and then passed the second one that led me to FB.
So we can apply to different team, right? Teams are different at managerial level or vp level or Bu level. Also I can still apply for software development role right? I m not interested in production engineer or Qa/build/automation roles
It's just FB policy that you cannot reapply until after a year of being rejected
