I graduated in May and started ibm but I have been preparing for interviews for one year already did topcoder, leetcode and codeforces and am very strong in algorithms but I never got replied for interviews my resume probably got lost somewhere, someone at blind took my resume for referral and there was no luck in that either, any facebookers can speculate on why this could be the case ? I would appreciate help in advance Thank you
Maybe you need to talk directly with a recruiter.
The first 2 years after graduation is a bit of a hole in our hiring process. We fill most of our new grad headcount through internships. The rest through campus hiring. We don't have a good way to hire people in your situation. Your best bet to get hired here would be to get to the equivalent of an E4 in a year or so and come in as an industry hire then.
Why?
Don't go to Facebook. Only reason to interview there us counter offer to raise comp.
Try again next year.

Go for it. You have to love your job. If you don’t, you just need to change. That simple.
I hate to tell you, but IBM is a red flag dude. Red flag. A more likely path for you is IBM -> Yahoo -> Microsoft -> Facebook. Notice you climb 1 tier at a time.
tons of people have gone from Yahoo to Netflix, Airbnb, G, FB after 1-2 YOE ( could also be because Yahoo/Oath/whatever is unstable ) , same goes for Oracle. I have identified these 2 among other places that are good training beds supplying the valley with engineers later. haven’t researched about IBM transitions but I am sure that’s not the reason for not getting interviews
Ya I did not even have ibm in my resume in summer when I got referred and applied so certainly that’s not the reason

Don't take this the wrong way, but your sentence construction is a little difficult to read. This is probably because English isn't your first language. This will work against you at top companies where Hiring managers or even recruiters take 30s to scan your resume. Since you're preparing, I think that could be the main reason you're being screened out.
