Facebook rotational engineering program

Can someone from fb chime in on the interview process and the pros and cons of this program? I’ve heard how badly companies like Google and Apple treat their contractors, but when I look up this one it seems mostly positive and has a decent chance of conversion to FTE.

We have rotation programs too, and most residents end up FTE.

I recently got an offer for rEng program at facebook. Based on my research and talking to the almunis, it sounds like a great program. You get the same benefits as FTE (minus RSU). But you get to work with 2 teams throughout the year.

Thanks. Don’t worry about TC :D. Everyone gets the same and it is non-negotiable. Its on par with median E4 base but higher sign on bonus and no RSU.

Yeah I’m just curious cause I’ve heard the bonus was pretty insane for this program
