I just received the same today. For your info, they made me an offer last week which by the way I didn’t accept it because they lowballed me
So you got the offer and thn survey email what about people who got survey email got rejected 😉

It means they want your feedback
Getting feedback from HR is also part of process and once that is done thn only Facebook should sent survey email.
