Facebook vs. Airbnb vs. Uber offer
Uber told me that there will be annual refresher based on performance, but cannot give me the specific number, so I am excluding it from TC from all three to be fair. Facebook E5 TC 410750 + 100K sign on Airbnb L5 TC 445.5K +35K sign on Uber L5a TC 401K Refreshers from FB and Airbnb are about the same ~160K so I am guessing something similar at Uber. I talked to the hiring manager and the team of all three and I like all three of them. Really hard to choose. YOE 10
I’d go with Airbnb, not just because they’re offering highest TC. I feel like their stock will be pretty valuable in the long run, and they have great employee perks.
Already done that. They are going to fill in the gap with sign on bonus as much as they can. I didn’t include it in the TC.
in this case I would have voted Facebook

airbnb no brainer. everywhere may suck, but higher tc never.
