I am considering following offers. Facebook E5 (205k/30k/700k/80k) Uber 5a (195k/28k/715k/50k) (Base/cash bonus/rsus for 4 years/sign on) Yoe: 13 (8 in Us and 5 in india, masters from usa) TC: 300k Any thoughts?
Sign on is only for 1st year?

FB, more talented engs and much more cash flow. Uber is still on the way to prove the business model, more uncertainty.
Not sure about more talented eng folks. Many at Uber are ex-FB/G.
Nice offers. First time I see an e5 with 700k stock. I got 600k few months ago
FB for faster promo opportunities but more work worse WLB, Uber otherwise. FB to learn people skills, Uber to work in a codebase with a decent quality. FB if social network still makes sense to you, Uber if you believe they are doing right things. FB for perks, Uber for being reasonably sized.
OP Keep in mind that at FB you will mostly have bad WLB, constant fire fighting, code quality isn’t that great. On the bright side you will have faster promotion and better perks there
