Facebook work culture/company morale
What’s it like at fb these days? Are people still excited about working there or do you know a lot of people getting ready to jump ship? Im a new grad and not sure if I should consider going to fb for my next company or consider other places.
FB is struggling to find it's footing. You'd be better served going to a place more established. Or ride it out.

The company is doing well despite the negative press. I enjoy it. I’d suggest asking other fb employees instead of getting input from anonymous employees on blind who have a (surprisingly) negative view imo
Facebook voted for hubert humphrey, and killed jesus. So it is perfectly reasonable for everyone to now hate facebook on the basis of these facts.
There a tens of thousand of employees and maybe 100 disgruntled folks on blind just keep that in perspective :)

no problem with the company its just a phase in company lifecycle
