If I read it correctly, he wants Facebook’s employees to be represented exactly like the demographics that use Facebook. Since more brown people use Facebook, WhatsApp, and instagram to communicate, then Facebook should effectively hire more brown people, Indians, Spanish, and Hispanics. And fire whites. The irony is Facebook and Instagram are used more for bulls****, recording hood fights, and trying to one up each other in the “black” community. And WhatsApp is used to spread hate and fake news in the brown communities in South America and Africa. So, I really don’t know why this guy even wants brown people to use this product. Or work there.
