Facilities jobs at Google HQ?

A young woman I know recently left a toxic living situation and has been living in a van. I'm trying to find a regular facilities job for her at Facebook or Google HQ, such as receptionist, working in the cafes, or similar. Just having regular access to a shower and free food would be a game changer and also help her save money. I know where to find the facilities jobs at FB, but not Google. I'm guessing that Google uses separate staffing companies like Facebook does, but I don't know which ones. Can anyone help me out with this? She is a hard worker, with 2+ years experience in food service and hospitality.

ETA: In case it wasn't clear from this post, I am asking for the websites which post facilities jobs for Google. Facebook uses Flagship Culinary for cafes and Allied Universal for receptionists/security. Similarly, I want to know what Google uses so she can submit an application.

    Unpopular opinion: tech companies should not be seen as charity. There’s systems in place for people in her situation. Just saying. Not trying to be rude, just logical.

    People lose their jobs all the time. A large percentage of hard working people in California are living in their cars as we speak and holding a full time job. I don’t think we can just invite/get them a job at tech facilities just so they can leverage the amenities.

    As I said. Unpopular opinion.

      But I also hope that the third party companies that work for google and fb interview her with the same professionalism that everyone else goes through. It’s life. No one gets a handout.

      Again, I have no idea what you're talking about. For the FB jobs she's submitted her resume with her years of food service and hospitality experience, not a sob story about living in a van. In fact I would be surprised if she mentions it at all.

      Why is it a charity or handout? Because she gets to use the facilities? Is it because you know that no one in the position she applied for does that? Why do you think she would be treated differently in the interview process? Is it because of the referral?

      @HowCouldYou, I'm not sure if your point is clear.

      It kinda sounds like you're perceiving this as nepotism and arguing against that.

      Or, you may be assuming that she'll abuse the free amenities and arguing against that.

      It is a full time job mopping floors and wiping tables, she's not grinding leetcode and they will probably ask interview questions like "can you show up to work on time" and "can you stand on your feet all day", all this concern about nepotism or an unfair interview process is absurd. These aren't highly competitive jobs, they are most likely understaffed, which is why I just want to know what the website is so she can apply. I'm honestly baffled that someone trying to save money by living in a van and working multiple shit jobs is being criticized for wanting a "handout".

      As far as "abusing" the amenities. Lots of people work for Facebook and Google, not just engineers. Some jobs are more menial than others, but everyone has equal access to the amenities. I shower at Facebook every day, eat their food, take the shuttle, use the gym, leverage the laundry service, use the free tampons in the bathrooms, etc. And it's part of the reason I took the Facebook offer over other companies. All employees have equal access to this and for some reason it's rustling jimmies that this would go to someone for whom it would make a big difference in their life. It's not about relying upon tech company amenities to survive. It's about getting a job that will make an already-difficult life a little nicer.

    I hope she gets the job. Honestly it shows how deeply entitled engineers have become. They want to squeeze every bit out of the company, discuss every last benefit, share referrals for each other and believe they have every right to and want to “time their promotions” etc so they get the most out of the most. They also complain about the food. And anyone else who wants to use the benefits too is treated as if she wants a handout. That is so sick. Is that because she is not an engineer? Honestly if we fired a lot of the swe s you wouldn’t even know but if the janitors did not turn up you would know in an hour.
