Can you share why you are "not able to do it"? Unless you're in a hospital (or Guantanamo) with a force feed tube shoved down your throat, surely you have sufficient agency and autonomy to control what times you eat?
There are multiple reasons for it, biggest being me not being mentally strong to do it. Apart from that I am trying to workout from 6-7 PM, so doing the 4 hours of eating just before the gym will make my stomach too full to workout but I also need to eat something before I workout else I’ll have no energy. How do you align your eating time and workout time?
