At the risk of sounding cliche, try keto and moderate exercise for fast results. If you take exercise to an extreme level, you might need to add in more carbs than keto allows. Your body will let you know if you get to that point, though.

MyFitnessPal app + hr monitor watch that computes calories based on heart rate (e.g. garmin fenix). Weight loss is 100% a calorie balance equation. Take 450 calories per day off your base metabolism + exercise (myfitnesspal and garmin connect do this automatically if you want). You can barcode scan items and buy a gram scale for anything homemade. 1 lb per week will come off, like clockwork. If you eat enough protein you won't be hungry. If you lose it too fast your metabolism adjusts and it is harder to keep off. Just slowly lose it and all will be good.
You need to eat healthier and workout their is no magic pill unless you can get DNP
