Chicken with rice. What would you marinate your chicken with? (I am no Masterchef)
Yoshidas
Since you’re no master chef: Throw it in a bag with Italian dressing for a day for like 5 hours before you cook it
See here’s proof the internet says it’s both tasty and easy. Those are the best recipes imo.
Too much work, I just buy premarinated now from Costco or whole foods and save myself some time.
And get a lot of extra sodium in return?
No marinade needed if you have good chicken
Define good chicken. Is it the “free range” stuff in the supermarket? Do I need to go to a specialty / smaller place?

Adjust the ratios according to your tastes but this is my recipe for a Cajun seasoning (tbsp = tablespoon): 3 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp cayenne 1/2 tbsp thyme It’s more of a seasoning than a marinade but makes all meat taste absolutely delicious.
Damn I can't cook worth shit but that sounds amazing. You deliver?
Add some mustard and olive oil :)
