Fb 100k signing bonus
I heard if you intern at fb, perform well, you get 100k signing bonus. How common is this? What about the people that aren’t superstars? I’ll be interning at fb this summer. Any tips?
Meets expectations was 50k signing. Exceeds for 65k. “Rockstar” (😒) was 100k. Base pay was the same for all (110), RSU is 35/40/50 per year.
Meets was 65k, exceeds was 75k but easily negotiable to 100k without competing offers. Source: several friends heading to FB
Is the non-return new grad offer 110/140/50 then?
i got a 100 signing bonus and would advise you to work hard, try to finish your project early (week 8 or 9 preferably), be on your manager's good side, and take on small tasks within your team, and be highly visible about everything you do (post in groups, etc, even if you think something is small).
What did you do after you finished your project? for the last three weeks?
My roommate got the offer, if you're getting a return offer as an intern you're probably at least decent and will get that as part of the standard package
