I got E6 in Facebook with total tc as 400k. I just want to know if getting E6 lower range pay is better or E5 high range pay is better. Is E6 better as there is more room for growth and better scope of good Rsu refresher? Or Is E6 more risky as I have to prove I’m worth E6
I mean, you could try, but I think it would make folks really scratch their heads and possibly consider whether you're going to be a good hire after all.
