Had fb onsite a few days ago. Called recruiter today asking for feedback. She said 4 out of 5 of my interviewers have submitted their feedbacks and so far looks good. If the last one comes in surprisingly negative she will call me. In addition she asked if I could provide some references from ppl who worked with me before and are now working at fb to strengthen my profile. Is this normal or does it mean my feedbacks are actually so-so so they need references to make a decision? How many of you have done this and eventually got an offer?
Extremely normal. Most companies require 2-3 references. Part of the hiring process
I had this happen to me. I politely responded that I'm not comfortable providing references until there is an offer and the recruiter was understanding

All the best
Sounds like you did great. Good luck and if you get it please join ๐.
Thanks. I absolutely will. See you on the other side. Now fingers crossed
Recruiter asked me the same thing
From your current status it seems this is a good sign ?
Recruiters are always looking for whatever positive signals they can, theyโre always gunning to hire you.
I got an offer shortly after what you describe
It's a good sign. They want to check that their good impression of you is not hiding some major flaw.
