I have cleared the telephonic interview with Asana and yet to appear for in person interview. Before investing my and interviewers time want to get feedback about few things - 1. Do they allow work from home once a day in a week ? 2. If there's anyone commuting from san jose, how are you managing the almost 4 hr of commute. 3. How is the work life balance? yoe- 10 tc - 250k
Wtf is a telephonic?
After telephone is inpersonic
It means “phone screen”. Not sure why “phone screen” makes more sense than “telephonic interview” though. Both are grammatically correct.
I don't see Asana having a decent exit anytime soon, or at all. If you already make 250k, joining Asana may mean taking a pay cut since I'd value their options at $0.
Knew about Asana long ago. That time they were more interested in creating tools rather than working on actually job. Not sure if that changed now
Telephonic?! Telephonic? Just say phone! It’s shorter and doesn’t sound mentally deranged.
Soccer?! Soccer?! Just say football! It makes sense.
Not the same thing, don’t play stupid, it’s like if Americans called football footballionic instead of football

1. The company culture generally promotes working onsite since it encourages collaboration and communication within and between teams 2. I know people working from as far south as palo alto, hours are flexible so come in when traffic is lighter, just be reasonable 3. Really good, you work during work and get your life to yourself after that
+1 to everything zWNs03 said.
Hey dm’ed you, please reply :)
What is Asana?
Asana more relevant than Roku, IMO
May be but I really don’t know about it. What is it?
