It's more to do with your biology...very common. Dont worry and just sleep. Worst thing you can do is force no sleep or take medication or caffine
You may have a vitamin deficiency
Nearly all vitamins and minerals have lethargy as a symptom of deficiency. Definitely try a multivitamin for a while.
fish oil has been my answer to constant energy, even if it's more akin to snake oil it does work wonders. I personally use oceans 3 brand (not the cheaply from Costco didn't do much and left a nasty taste in my mouth)
What everyone else said, but also maybe just take a break. Find a coworker and go for a walk, talk, shoot the shit. Just have some fun during the day and it’ll do a lot for your general alertness and well-being!
I can't stay awake the whole day without caffeine period, but a short midday nap fixes everything...Not sure if there's something wrong with me, but it's kind of always been like this. I did notice it was much worse while I was vitamin D deficient, and I felt better after taking a bunch of supplement.
Are you a frequent porn user ? If yes you might have to quit that . Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep

Get 8 hours of sleep a night. Don’t overeat at lunch. Drink coffee. Listen to high energy dance music.
+1 for drinking coffee and not overeating at lunch. I also like to get up and get water/go to the bathroom every hour or so just to move around
Edm music can get you super pumped up and give you a lot of energy
