Is it weird/unprofessional/negatively-impactful to reach out to employee's who work in your desired position at your top company to try and develop a type of mentor relationship? Note: By reaching out I mean through LinkedIn not through other social media's.
at the very least, they would probably be open to talking over the phone if you have a specific thing you want to learn more about. you could ask to follow up in some number of months.
Yea, some people would like that and wouldn’t mind having info chats. But first make sure your grammar is on point when reaching out.
