Just had my final round yesterday with FI and overall, I think it went pretty good. They sent me a preemployment BC before this which I take as a good sign. For those that have been through the process, how long after your final round did you hear back regarding potential offers/next steps? I have a competing offer with a deadline for a decision next Tuesday. Followed up with my recruiter today and no response. Any insight on this would be helpful.
They flew me down for my final interview on a Friday, and I got my offer the following Friday.
