Free oxygen and a pimp ass tent. You're mistake in posting it cuz I'm on that shit like you know what
The area is gentrifying and is one of the last areas that are close to a majority of locations to do so. 20 mins to the beach, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Silverlake, downtown, UCLA, USC, stadiums.... that street is busy though. High school nearby and commuter traffic but spend $150k on fixing it up and you’ll probably be able to put it back on the market for close to 1mm. Look at neighboring Leimert Park for an idea of how these previously ignored areas are booming. Also check out Highland Park. Totally different area but same kind of history with gentrification.
Is Gardena gentrifying too ? I am looking at an investment property in Gardena looking to rent it out for $3500/month as it’s a 4b house.

I think this house is in Culver City or very close to it. Culver city is equivalent to san jose of los angels. All the major offices are opening nearby culver city. Its very cheap as compared to bay area.
