Fragomen Timeline
Can someone tell me how long does Fragomen take to to prepare I-140 and I-485 for concurrent filling? More specifically the time from PERM approval to the substitution of the two applications. Bonus Question: How long did your i-485 take in 2018? EB3 ROW
Anything less than 6 weeks is a miracle
It depends how you and your manager follow up.. They are usually very slow. They disappeared many times in my case.. Filing 140 took them almost one year....got RFE in I140 too.
What do you say in the emails? From my previous experience they just gave a date by which my application was meant to be ready. Which was a month or so long
It is good to ask for a date in the beginning of each process, and you follow up the progress on those emails, if they said they will file at week 5, they should send to you for review at week 4. What i see is, they have standard sla s and they dont do faster than that, but it can be easily late if you dont follow up
