Amazon is promoting cord cutting ...It's old news...But still feeling a little demotivated lmao. Any thoughts from people who are a part of the cable industry? https://www.amazon.com/b/ref=as_li_ss_tl?node=19163139011&linkCode=sl2&tag=badkar-20&linkId=47643b5cf441a29ce1b776a8adc91fb5&language=en_US
Demotivated? Why? Did you also feel defeated for demise of telegram, horse buggy, steam engine etc
Comcast is a shit company propped up by corruption, govt subsidy, and monopoly. The sooner it dies the better.
On the other hand, Amazon is a shit company propped up by corruption, govt subsidy, and first-to-market hegemony. The sooner it dies the better (after my RSUs vest though please thank you).
Care to backup your accusations with proof? What government subsidy are they taking? They are only using the provisions in the tax code legally. When Trump did it for years, he claimed that he is smart and brilliant. Same should apply here too right?
Comcast is shit. Cable is shit.
The only monthly bill from a cable company should be your internet. Cable TV is a fucking scam.
Fu*k Comcast
+1
Cable companies don't seem organized for fast thinking but thr streaming market is totally glutted and my monthly streaming bills are beginning to approach old monthly cable bill. There's room for a new model and cable giants might still have enough muscle for bargaining power needed to drive licensing deals but I doubt their internal culture could pivot quickly enough. Plus everyone hates comcast after years of shit customer service
Are you so tied / loyal to your company that this sort of news would make a difference in your life?
