Full time offer PayPal
Is there anyway I can negotiate my full time offer at PayPal if I am an intern who got converted?
this is one of the few cases it would have been good to have a second offer in hand to know what you are worth. then you can negotiate to it without saying anything about the offer. then, figure out which is best for your career. remain polite and firm but don't act like a jackass if b you think you have the upper hand
Had an intern last summer. There are two offers: standard offer and the higher offer (different for each level, but set by HR). There is room and time to negotiate just so long as you do it before accepting/before the acceptance deadline. Be aware that any counter offers will have to go up to the VP of that org for approval.
Just crack another interview to get an offer letter and show thim as benchmark๐
Between PayPal and Microsoft which is better?
Both of them are great. But it all drills down to offer. How much are they offering ? Location ?
