Is there anyway I can negotiate my full time offer at PayPal if I am an intern who got converted?

$115k is high for SE 2 at PayPal. Usual offer is $104k with a cap of $110k for starting base. $100k if they're low balling you. Then again, these are offers new college grads.

You should have asked HR when you got the exit interview

Had an intern last summer. There are two offers: standard offer and the higher offer (different for each level, but set by HR). There is room and time to negotiate just so long as you do it before accepting/before the acceptance deadline. Be aware that any counter offers will have to go up to the VP of that org for approval.

this is one of the few cases it would have been good to have a second offer in hand to know what you are worth. then you can negotiate to it without saying anything about the offer. then, figure out which is best for your career. remain polite and firm but don't act like a jackass if b you think you have the upper hand
