Funny and Sad at the same time!
A little bit of background story : I've been working as a QA in the last 4 years with a shitty salary and now I'm looking for an exit strategy, especially that I don't want any heavy coding role and I'm looking forward to switch to a Program or Product Management role but the problem is I only have a technical experience and I'm not that strong in writing and convo( I've been in the US for 4 years only). This year I've been really working my ass off, had PSM 1 certificate (scrum), already had level 1 AWS certificate and enrolled in a lot of Online PM Courses. After struggling to get any interviews, in NYC, I got one call from a cloud-based company and one assignment.I was super happy and spent a great amount of time working on it, the problem was I focused more on the technical solutions and forgot about technical writing so the document I provided had a lot of poor writing and bad grammar (some feedback) . I'm really sad but I will never give up, I will keep trying and will be optimistic and I'm really open for any feedback or suggestions. The funny thing, how the fu#$ I did not recognize that I wrote 'fetish' instead of 'fetch' , not once but twice ๐๐๐๐๐
Donโt give up on your dreams but at the same time try to align your dreams with your strengths. Social, verbal and written communication skills are the core of PM. You have to be excellent at those whether or not you like that part of PM.

Only through MS word grammar checker and I was not that cautious. I was really focus on the technical side
So let me get this straight. You want a role that relies heavily on communication skills and user empathy. You had a written assignment that you completed and sent back to the company, knowing that another human would be reading it. You did not read this document before sending it to another person for them to read? What makes you think that you want to be a PM if you don't care about clear communication?
