GC application
Hi. I’m currently on H1b on Level1 wage and my employer would like to begin my GC process. Do I request them to UP my wage to a level2 before they begin ? Any inputs is appreciated. Thanks.

Wage level 1 and GC has no correlation.Please start GC as soon as possible when offered a chance. At the max you can get an RFE for labour certification but it was cleared in my case.

You are on H1b on level 1 wage... You are lucky to get h1b on level 1 and hope your employer is not some shady Indian consultant....

Doubt start GC unless your employer can do EB1 or on other country quota.
Another country quota? How's that possible???
I’m not eligible for EB1. Changing citizenship isn’t possible either to enter another quota.
