GCP Seattle or Sunnyvale
I am @team matching stage now for a TPM role in GCP? The position is open for Sunnyvale, New York and Seattle? Because of family reason, I cannot choose New York.. what is your suggestions between Seattle and Sunnyvale, and can you please also tell me your rationale?
Which team is the position? Sunnyvale will have more options and better career growth opportunities
First team matching is tomorrow.. recruiter said the hiring manager owns multiple products and will share details with me tomorrow.. I was worried about the same thing as there seem having much more teams in Sunnyvale.. do you know which teams in GCP are good in general? Thanks
Also, when you say Sunnyvale has better growth opportunities, is it because there are better teams or it is because there are more senior leaders and close to headquarters, or other reasons?
Why don't you just do Cali, then move to Seattle later?

I would ask what the comp is for each location
I asked and the answer is that definitely Sunnyvale offers higher comp than Seattle but details is based on case by case basis and no number has been shared by recruiter
