GE India offer
I've got an offer from GE India. I'm mapped to Lead Professional band. What are the benefits I'm entitled to in this band?

GE is not sinking all over and is an excellent company. There are problems but they are not irreversible. I'm not sure how benefits map worldwide, but it's one level up from entry level.
Which division is the offer from ? Perks and benefits vary by country. India is fine but is going through a huge churn considering the turmoil GE is in now.

GE healthcare is a good place to be. LPB is a lower-mid career level. As part of Baker Hughes you should have some understanding of levels.

In india there are no career progression n hike for people who have spent around 3 years.
