GPU Programming for new graduates

Hi blind, I am currently enrolled in a master degree in cs and I should graduate next September. I am interested in GPU programming (API design, tools programming and also computer graphics) and I was wondering where I should apply as a new grad? I have applied to ARM, Qualcomm and Apple, had an interview with Apple before getting ghosted. I also had a look at video games companies but they don’t hire at new grad level plus the pay is crap

They don’t seem to have any opening for new grads though :(

Yeah it's a little harder right now, but won't be like that forever

Most computers use Nvidia, AMD, or Intel Integrated Graphics. I would probably rate them in that order as well. However! I suggest you checkout some smaller companies or startups, because I think it’s more interesting and if you want to try something new, I think it’s easier to transfer startup -> big company than the other way around.

Thanks for the tip! Outside independent video game studios, do you have any idea where I should look?

I’d say check out angel list (https://angel.co) or depending on where you live/looking to live, there are also sites like built in Boston (https://www.builtinboston.com). I believe there is a built in NY too, I’m not sure where else.
