Have you ever decided to GTFO, then something changed, like: A) the toxic person who was making life horrible for everyone, left B) the company made a great pivot and improved profitability C) Morale improved D) Realized you needed to stay to follow things through? The above examples are hypothetical. If you have decided to GTFI, what changed? What made you rethink your decision. Why? How did you handle it?

I went to gtfo once and I was offered the opportunity to right my own job description and pick who I work for. I stayed another 6 years and still regret leaving.
I base my decision on multiple parameters. And it’s unlikely that all these parameters change.
Don’t second guess yourself. GTFO. Follow your gut instinct - it often understands the situation better.
I like this way of thinking. Thanks for the advice 🙏🏼
What about if you are a new hire been with the team for 5 months and don’t feel it’s beneficial for your career to jump ship so early. Also doing so would probably require a new interview loop which may have crazy hard questions or the people won’t like you for whatever reason
