Given everything that’s happened up to this past episode, what would be your ideal ending at this point? For me, I think it would be that every remaining protagonist races to try and stop Daenerys only to be killed by her halfway through. She gets remaining lords to bend the knee and it all looks bleak until the Westrosi peasantry shows up with sticks and pitchforks and overthrows Daenerys all the remaining lords (including Bran) and set up a republic.
Big zoom out and it’s just some kids playing with legos.
Grey work kills Jon , Dany kills grey worm and Arya Kills Dany
The real night king isn’t dead and kills them all

Bran gets the iron throne 👻
Martha succeeds in poisoning Dany.
The mountain gets resurrected and kills everyone. gg
The ruler is murdered. A new queen takes her stead. The hand of that queen knows a secret that could dethrone her. The queen has him killed. The (former) spouse of that hand rallies troops in the North to fight a civil war over an unjust queen ruling in the South. GoT ends as it began.
D&D comes on screen to say “it’s just a prank bro” and they do a remake of the whole season with different writers.
My ideal ending to GoT is Dany killing everyone else around her, including Jon and the Starks leaving herself and her associates/supporters alone alive. Before the credits roll, snow begins to fall over Kings landing and BOOM, Whitewalkers and the dead show up again
