I'm sitting at 64k and some change right now, which I'm grateful for, but I still feel like I'm on the low end of the spectrum for work. ESPECIALLY considering the scope I have. I'm 3 years in to automotive, which generally means experienced in that field, plus "theyโ say quality pays more. Your thoughts?
Start interviewing. Time all of your offers and leverage them to a) either get a compensation increase or b) to find a place that values your skills and abilities. In the Bay Area, leaving every few years for significant raises isn't uncommon. Not sure about Kentucka ๐ค
