I'm sitting at 64k and some change right now, which I'm grateful for, but I still feel like I'm on the low end of the spectrum for work. ESPECIALLY considering the scope I have. I'm 3 years in to automotive, which generally means experienced in that field, plus "they” say quality pays more. Your thoughts?

I was hired as an electrical engineer, but I'm basically it all for automotive engineering. DE, QE, PE, I have my hands in it all.

  • Start interviewing. Time all of your offers and leverage them to a) either get a compensation increase or b) to find a place that values your skills and abilities. In the Bay Area, leaving every few years for significant raises isn't uncommon. Not sure about Kentucka πŸ€”
