I work at Cisco and I WFH every day, except for onsites once or twice per quarter. I don’t think I could go back to working in an office every day, now that I’ve seen how much more efficient it is to WFH. It seems like many companies say they offer WFH, but only let employees do it once or twice per week. Which of you work at companies that are truly 100% WFH?
Digital ocean has 100% remote positions and a great wfh culture
Github and maybe Microsoft.
Microsoft does not have a wfh culture. At most I've heard people wfh maybe one month a year for family, otherwise it's once a week. Of course this depends on the team and manager too.
Aha! Product management software company. Elasticsearch as well has a very strong distributed working culture

I know InVision is 100% distributed and remote (and they have been from the beginning). Heard they have an excellent work culture too.

Yes, also we are the company that manufactured the sheriff in Stranger Things. Also we give you access to multiple parks at Disney. Pretty diversified portfolio of products.
