Does anybody know of anyone getting an interview and getting an internship or job while in US on a visit visa? Assuming they need sponsorship and don’t have OPT, how does it work out? Which companies are more willing to do it? For product/supply chain areas?
i should call Homeland right now to trace your IP
OUT OUT OUT
No one does it. Don't even try
Some ppl might have done it in the 90's when immigration laws were not that strict. I'm pretty sure its illegal. So, as others have said, don't do it and don't let anyone else do it either.
DO IT..... it happens everyday in California, about 11 million illegals
To clarify, I did not mean working illegally on visit visa, thought that was obvious. They should sponsor them for an h1b or something.
Don’t think you’ve heard of the H1B lottery or the H1B yearly caps
I do. Question is if anybody’s heard of companies starting the process for candidates when they’re not eligible to start work immediately.
There's always a question on your application. "Are you legally allowed to work in the US". They won't reach out if you answered no.
