Getting competing offers
My Google recruiter just told me that I've been approved by the hiring committee for L5. I don't have numbers from Google yet but apparently they don't consider current comp when they make the offer. Current TC - 350k YOE - 11 I got rejects from FB and Uber. What other companies can I interview with in the Seattle area to get competing offers that are comparable to my current TC.

You could just make something up that sounds reasonable. If they ask for proof you could make up some BS about how you don't want to break the trust you have with the other company by providing their offer or how they won't give you a written offer until you accept their verbal offer, etc.
This backfires if recruiter says "Okay then, go with the other offers."
