Hey all, just got an email from a recruiter in the area. I'm well paid (for blizzard lol) and love my team. It would take an exceptional amount of money to get me to move. While I'm turning on all of my interview preparing engines, what ways can I leverage to get that exceptional pair. Not really feeling like sending out emails to all of the recruiters I softly turned down over the years. Might be too obvious at work if I start scheduling multiple interviews. I think my biggest power here is my ability to say no. Any tips? SSE 4 years 175k
My first question would be, if you’re happy with your team and paid relatively well... Then why leave? If you’re casually entertaining inbound inquiries, then you have all the negotiating power.
