On Glassdoor: “Your trust is our top concern, so companies can’t alter or remove reviews”. Notice it doesn’t say anything about the company adding reviews themself. I just researched a company with a featured review that obviously was put up by someone internal. It stated the CEO sold his last company for 40+ billion dollars. I then googled his last company and found a 10-K filing where he was removed from his CEO role “at cause”. There’s no way he walked away from that company and it was worth 40 billion...
Any time I read a review of anything, I start from lowest first. Those tend to be the most honest and trustworthy.
I agree here. Check out MZ
That’s exactly how I buy shit on amazon.
Yeah I doubt that first part is even true. I posted a review for a former company that they removed so I modified it according to their guidelines they still removed it and posted the same review with a different star rating and they accepted it. I don't trust Glassdoor at all
They are taking after yelps business model apparently. All BS reviews as long as the company pays.
I’d love to hear from someone at Glassdoor. Even if I’m totally wrong here. I’d be happy to be told that I am.
Many companies do it already
name and shame?
